Position Summary

This position will be responsible for executing activities, processes and programs supporting patient experience and outcomes related to Rx Function products and services.

This position will interact with patients and departments that serve patients including Field, Compliance, Training and Support.

This position is responsible for promoting optimal experience and outcomes for patients using Rx Function products and for disseminating useful and pertinent information about these patient encounters with staff and medical entities that interact with them.

Job Responsibilities

This position is responsible for and has authority that includes:

  • Execution of Tasks related to Patient Reported Outcomes Monitoring Program (PROM)
  • Execution of Tasks related to identified Leads requiring additional follow up
  • Execution of Tasks involving patient contact to explain and clarify Rx Function reimbursement processes
  • Communication with Sales staff to solicit assistance and/or support efforts to develop Leads into Orders

Other responsibilities include:

  • Assist with inbound inquiries to the Customer Service Line
  • Contact patients for purposes other than PROM and Lead development
  • Documentation of all patient contacts and interactions in the Filemaker database

Required Qualifications

  • Associate Degree or higher
  • 3 or more years experience in patient-related aspects of the medical device industry such as: medical history reporting, training and outcomes/follow-up contacts
  • Understanding of practices related to successful reimbursement for medical devices
  • Experience using Filemaker, Outlook and Excel
  • No travel required

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience working directly with patients in a clinical setting or a medical-related industry
  • Ability to work independently while successfully working with other departments and employees to meet goals and deadlines

Pay: From $28.00 per hour

Experience:

  • patient-related service (med history reporting, etc ): 3 years (Required)
  • Patient related Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
